LAL Supports was founded by Leigh Levonpera — someone who brings both professional experience in employment services and a genuine personal understanding of disability, shaped by his family's lived experience.
That combination matters. It means the support we offer isn't just technically sound — it's grounded in empathy, patience, and a real belief that every person deserves the chance to pursue their goals on their own terms.

Leigh Levonpera
Founder & Support Worker
Leigh brings professional experience in employment services together with a personal understanding of disability through his family's lived experience. His person-centred approach focuses on each individual's goals — supporting employment pathways and social and community participation opportunities across South Brisbane and Logan Regions.
